The Absintini Ballot is a Gin Absinthe Martini with a bit more Absinthe. It is traditionally served in a chilled Martini Glass.

Equipment

  • 1 Martini Glass
  • 1 Hawthorne Strainer or any other strainer
  • 1 Shaker Tin or mixing glass
  • 1 Bar Spoon or any other stirring instrument

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces Gin
  • 1/2 ounce Dry Vermouth
  • 1/2 ounce Absinthe

Instructions
 

  • Fill shaker tin or mixing glass with ice.
  • Pour Gin, Dry Vermouth, and Absinthe in.
  • Stir until very chilled.
  • Strain into chilled martini glass
