Homemade Strawberry Puree

This easy Homemade Strawberry Puree is made with just 3 ingredients. A great way to use fresh or frozen strawberries. Use the puree in cocktails, drinks, and desserts.

Equipment

  • Blender or food processor, or immersion blender
  • Measuring Cups
  • Measuring Spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups strawberries fresh or frozen, tops cut off
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to the blender.
  • Blend on high until well blended and smooth.
  • If desired, strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove seeds. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week (best within three days) or in the freezer up to 6 months.
