Homemade Strawberry Puree
This easy Homemade Strawberry Puree is made with just 3 ingredients. A great way to use fresh or frozen strawberries. Use the puree in cocktails, drinks, and desserts.

- 2 cups strawberries fresh or frozen, tops cut off
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
Add all ingredients to the blender.
Blend on high until well blended and smooth.
If desired, strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove seeds. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week (best within three days) or in the freezer up to 6 months.
