Honey Simple Syrup

Homemade Honey Simple Syrup is a perfect sweet recipe for a dessert, baked goods, cocktails, and mocktails! A sweet syrup made with honey perfect for spring and summer floral flavors.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup water

Instructions
 

  • Combine the honey and water in a small pot. Heat over medium heat.
  • When simmering, reduce heat to low and continue to simmer 15 minutes.
  • Let the syrup cool before using. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.

Notes

1/2 cup is 8 tablespoons, or 4 ounces. Easily increase or decrease quantity of the recipe based on how much you want to make.
