Lavender Garden Cocktail

This Lavender Garden Cocktail is a fresh and bright alcoholic drink made with lemon citrus, lavender, and gin. Simple and light cocktail for spring and summer, including Easter.

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce lavender simple syrup
  • ½ ounce lemon juice
  • ½ ounce honey simple syrup
  • club soda

Instructions
 

  • Fill your glass with ice.
  • Add all ingredients, topping off with the club soda. Stir briefly to combine.
  • Garnish as desired with lemon and/or lavender sprigs.

1 ounce = 2 Tablespoons
