Instructions
Trim the rind off your watermelon and cut the red fruit into chunks approximately 1.5 inches large. (If they are too large, you will have difficulty blending it).
Place the watermelon and water into the blender.
Blend on high until well blended, 1-2 minutes.
If desired, strain the watermelon juice through a fine mesh strainer. Use a spoon to help push it through as needed.
Discard the pulp that is left in the strainer. Store in an airtight container, refrigerated. The juice is best within 4 days.
