Pineapple Vodka Martini

Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Jigger

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ½ ounces pineapple juice
  • ½ ounce fresh lime juice
  • ¼ ounce simple syrup (1/2 Tablespoon)
  • pineapple wedge for garnish, optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with a scoop of ice.
  • Shake until very cold, approximately 30 seconds.
  • Strain into a martini glass and serve. Garnish with a pineapple wedge if desired.

Notes

Make it sweeter by adding more simple syrup.
I love using fresh pineapple juice when I can!
