Strawberry Limoncello Spritz
This Strawberry Limoncello Spritz is a perfect Italian cocktail recipe for spring and summer! Made with lemon, strawberries, and sparkling wine.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ ounces limoncello
- 1 ½ Tablespoons strawberry puree (link in notes) (3/4 ounces)
- 3 ounces prosecco or other sparkling wine
- 1 ounce club soda
- ice
Instructions
- Fill your glass with ice.
- Pour the limoncello and strawberry puree into the glass.1 ½ ounces limoncello, 1 ½ Tablespoons strawberry puree
- Add the prosecco, leaving a little room at the top.3 ounces prosecco
- Add a splash of club soda.1 ounce club soda
- Garnish if desired with fresh strawberries and/or lemon. Serve.

Our homemade limoncello is perfect for this cocktail, but takes a long time to make! I love always having some of this on hand. You can also buy limoncello in a liquor store.
