Sparkling Wine – you can use any sparkling wine that you like. Prosecco is on the sweeter side, and cava is on the drier side.
Fresh Lemon Juice – I prefer to use fresh juice because you can taste the difference! We are not using much – just enough to lift and brighten the cocktail.
Fig Jam – this is an easy way to get our fig flavor.

Ingredients
- ½ Tablespoon fig jam
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 6 ounces prosecco or other sparkling wine, more or less as needed or desired
- fresh figs halves to float on top, if desired
Instructions
- Put the fig jam and lemon juice in the bottom of a champagne glass. Stir together.
- Top off with the sparkling wine as desired. Float a fresh fig half on top if desired. Serve.
