The Washington Apple was the first shot I really loved! I highly recommend trying it with Red Stag, a Jim Beam cherry bourbon, in place of the whiskey. It is AMAZING!

Let’s talk about what you need in order to make this whiskey shot recipe:
Whiskey – the shot is traditionally made with Canadian Whiskey (specifically Crown Royale) but use whatever works for you
Sour Apple Schnapps
Cranberry Juice
I HIIGHLY recommend trying this shot recipe with Jim Beam’s Red Stag cherry flavored bourbon in place of the whiskey. It is SO good!
Making the Shot
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with some ice cubes and shake until very cold, about 30 seconds.
Strain into the shot glasses.
The shaking with ice is optional but it definitely tastes better a little chilled.
