Pear Vodka

Elderflower Liqueur – this liqueur is slightly sweet and less floral than you would think! If you end up wanting to make the drink sweeter, add more of this or the honey syrup

Lemon Juice – fresh is best!

Honey Simple Syrup – using straight honey does not work well as it tends to seize up as soon as it is cold and will not mix well

  • Jigger
  • Cocktail Shaker


  • 2 ounces pear vodka
  • ¾ ounce lemon juice
  • ½ ounce honey simple syrup
  • ½ ounce elderflower liqueur
  • club soda


  • Add everything except for the club soda into a shaker with some ice.
  • Shake until very cold, about 30 seconds.
  • Strain into a glass with ice. Top with club soda. Garnish as desired.
