Ingredients
Full quantities and recipe details can be found in the recipe card at the bottom of this post.
Let’s talk about the ingredients you need for this easy prosecco cocktail!
Prosecco – an Italian sparkling wine that is sweeter than its Cava cousin.
Elderflower Liqueur – floral and sweet. If you want a less-sweet cocktail, use half the amount
Fig Preserves
Honey Simple Syrup – using a simple syrup is helpful because raw honey will clump and freeze up when exposed to cold things, like the ice. This way we get the flavor and sweetness without the worry!
Lemon Juice
Making the Cocktail
This cocktail is made in a shaker with ice. This helps to combine the ingredients as well as chill them.
It can also be made in the glass itself, stirring with ice, if preferred.
