What is a Mocktail?
A Mocktail or Non-Alcoholic drink is a drink designed to be similar to cocktails without adding alcohol. Many times they will be the same drink without alcohol and some swap in non-alcohol flavors to mirror them.
Origins
I was making a round of cherry mimosas and the DD wanted to cheers with them. I swapped out the sparkling wine for sparkling water and added some bitters for extra flavor and the Cherry Sparkles Mocktail was born.

FAQ
You can add whatever bitters you like. The cherry just works well with the cherry juice.
Can I use another juice instead?
Cranberry juice works well with this cocktail. You can swap in most any juice as long as it tastes good with lemon.
You can use any brand of sparkling water. You can also use any flavor just make sure it pairs well with the juice.
The Olive Twist
The juice is the star in the mocktail. You can swap your cherry out for any juice but I would suggest something with a strong flavor. Sparkling water flavor can also be changed out though I really like sticking with a citrus to give subtle twist. A nice twist is swap out the cherry bitters for a chocolate bitters and gives you that nice chocolate covered cherry vibe.
