What is a Mocktail?
A Mocktail or Non-Alcoholic drink is a drink designed to be similar to cocktails without adding alcohol. Many times they will be the same drink without alcohol and some swap in non-alcohol flavors to mirror them.

Ingredients
Cucumber – any variety is fine. You will get about 4 drinks out of one “traditional” cucumber.
Fresh Basil – this is what makes this drink so unique! You could also use mint, which would make this taste more like a mojito.
Lime Juice – fresh is best!
Simple Syrup – you can use a plain simple syrup or a flavored one like our Honey Simple Syrup if preferred! Jalapeno Simple Syrup would be great if you want a little kick!
Club Soda

Equipment
This is what you need to make this drink!
Rocks Glass
Juicer – if using fresh juice, which I recommend

Strain through the cocktail shaker into a glass of ice.
Add the lime and club soda. Stir and serve!
If you want the cucumber pieces in your drink, you can do the muddling straight in the glass itself and then add everything on top.

The Olive Twist
The Cucumber Splash Mocktail blends its flavors amazingly well. Nothing really shines over another part as the harmonize. Bringing in mint instead of basil would make a mojito lovers dream without the alcohol.
Splash in some tonic instead of the club soda for some added sweetness.
FAQ
This a great change as it brings a little less carbonation with a slight different flavor. This would swing it more to the Gin and Tonic profile.
Can I use citrus juice instead?
You can swap in some other citrus but be cautious as they may overpower or change the flavor pretty significantly.
You can make this change. It will bring out a more mojito style and the mint will probably dominate the cucumber flavor quite a bit more.
